Meet your consumers where they are and give them options. Make sure you have your business practices front and center without any confusion. You want your customers to feel safe. Leverage this moment to build a long and lasting trust with your customers.
There is so much opportunity to work together with people and businesses in your industry or community. Consider this a time to come together to support each other.
