In October of 2019, SIINDA awarded Boostability the Best Lead Generation Tool award for their one-of-a-kind internal lead tracking platform Launchpad. The SIINDA judges considered Launchpad an “innovative solution for SME engagement which helps SMEs generate leads and supports the SME in the digital economy.”
Launchpad was born in 2009 alongside Boostability. The founders’ initial plan was to help SMBs do their own SEO. However, they soon found that most business owners both large and small didn’t really have the time. Instead, they created an internal system for their SEO fulfillment specialists—also known as Launchpad.
Launchpad is the system Boostability’s fulfillment team uses internally to complete their tasks on any given SEO campaign. Boost’s founders saw that if they could untangle the complexities of search engine optimization, they could make it cheap and quick to accomplish. And doing that would tear down the barriers that kept small businesses away. Launchpad also tracks the sales process at every step of the way. It logs every single SEO task completed for the customer service team to access and report to the client on a monthly basis.
