In an unpredictable year, Boostability is thrilled to be recognized for the work done to help small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic through our Search Sessions program. We created Search Sessions this year specifically to help small to medium businesses not only survive but thrive through the pandemic and beyond.

“At the start of the pandemic, we tried to figure out something that could help our small business customers who were struggling as the world transitioned to figure out how to respond to COVID-19,” says VP of Marketing Amanda Price. “We created search sessions as a way to give these businesses actionable strategies they can use to help grow their business and thrive down the road.”

Siinda says this year’s awards focused on those who supported businesses during a difficult COVID pandemic year, and were thrilled with the amount of entries received from around the globe. They awarded Boostability with a Service Innovation award for Search Sessions.

“We’ve been able to connect with some incredible industry leaders in social media, customer experience, accounting, finance, digital marketing, e-commerce and beyond,” Price continues. “It’s fascinating to learn from these insights, and be recognized for the good that they bring to small businesses.”

Kristine is the Director of Marketing at Boostability. She brings a decade's worth of communications strategy work to the company. Kristine has a Masters Degree in Leadership and Communications from Gonzaga University and graduated from BYU with her undergrad in Broadcast Journalism. She's worked in television news, public relations, communications strategy, and marketing for over 10 years. In addition to being a part of the marketing team, Kristine enjoys traveling, sports, and all things nerdy.
