For the second time in a row, Boostability CEO Gavan Thorpe has won Comparably’s Best CEOs for Women Award.

Comparably, a company culture and career monitoring website, gathers sentiment ratings based on several factors. These include compensation, a challenging work environment, getting valuable feedback, and other workplace metrics from employees who anonymously rated their places of work between May 2018 and May 2019.

“I’m proud to be the CEO of a company that emphasizes a culture where women succeed and take critical roles in driving the business forward,” says Gavan Thorpe. “The women on our executive team and throughout the company make Boostability what it is today.”

The CEO of Comparably Jason Nazar adds, “Comparably’s annual Best CEOs for Women Award is based solely on how female employees rate their CEOs. These outstanding leaders are being recognized for creating workplaces that inspire, encourage, and support women’s voices and contributions.”

Boostability has nearly 500 employees between its three locations. There are two offices in the Silicon Slopes of Utah. And its European headquarters in Berlin, Germany. We pride ourselves in being the world’s largest white label SEO agency. It’s our mission to help small businesses succeed online. We’ve partnered with some of the world’s largest digital marketing agencies and internet companies in the world.

“It means so much that the employees who work here see it as a great place to work,” Thorpe continues. “Because Comparably gives awards based on employee comments, I truly appreciate the women of Boostability who help create such a positive work environment. I want to ensure our company culture is one where everyone knows they can come to work, do something meaningful, and succeed in their careers.”
