7. Payment Terms

A valid credit card is required to open an account on Boostability.com. Services are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. Partial months are not credited or refunded. Subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected billing cycle.

Payment is due on the recurring billing date. Accounts more than 10 days past due may be suspended.

8. Contract Terms

Search engines determine their own rankings. While Boostability follows industry-standard SEO practices, no SEO provider can guarantee specific rankings or placement.

9. Cancellation, Termination & Reactivation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or postal mail. Phone cancellations are only valid when accompanied by written confirmation that includes your name, business name, email address, mailing address, and domain name.

  • Requests must be received at least 10 days before the next renewal date
  • Upon cancellation, all stored data is deleted and cannot be restored
  • Early termination fees may apply as outlined in your contract
  • Website files and code remain proprietary to Boostability
  • Domain and HTML transfer (after contract completion) is available for $199
  • Reactivation of Boost Site Custom Website products is free unless the domain has expired, in which case a $200 fee applies
  • A three-day right of rescission applies to all new purchases

Boostability may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Boostability makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted operation, correction of defects, freedom from harmful components, or the accuracy or reliability of content or external resources.

11. Limitation of Liability

Boostability is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this Site or any linked site. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.
