If you ever want to know how a company compares to its competitors, one of the best places to look is Comparably. We did just that, and we are more than content with what we found out about Boostability.

First Place for CEO Rating

We are the top company for CEO rating when compared to competitors of a similar size in the US. A total of 102 employees anonymously rated our CEO, Gavan Thorpe, giving him a score of 91 out of 100.

Second Place for Leadership

Our leadership ratings ranked us in second place compared to companies of a similar size in the US. This score is determined by combining feedback from employees about our CEO, managers (85 out of 100), and executive team (94 out of 100). This gave us a final score of 89 out of 100.

Third Place for eNPS

We ranked third when compared to companies of a similar size in the US for our employee net promoter score (eNPS). A total of 101 employees rated Boostability in answer to the question: “On a scale from 1-10, how likely are you to recommend working at Boostability to a friend?” We received a score of 51 out of 100.
