We stand with the black community and those fighting for racial equality and opportunities for all.

MEET SALAHUDDIN, HR RECRUITER IN BERLIN

“Boostability is very dynamic. And we have 20+ nationalities and 25 different languages spoken. It’s a unique place that we come together for small businesses across the world.”

Diversity, Inclusion & Equality

We have people, not employees. Diversity and inclusion are at the very foundation of our Core Values and critical to our continued success. We are dedicated to a culture that respects and celebrates the uniqueness and equality of every individual in an atmosphere where it’s safe to be you… every. single. day! Every person has their own voice that deserves to be heard and included, including those that are virtually-generated for some of our people with disabilities. At Boostability, we appreciate the sound our people’s global voices make and the harmony in our culture they create.
Because here, you get to be you… all of you.”

BOOSTCARES INITIATIVES

  1. August 2017

    Tabitha’s Way Backpack Project:

Our Boostability team collected school supplies and filled backpacks for students in need getting ready to go back to school. Tabitha’s Way is a local community resource in northern Utah that helps provide food and supplies to children and families. We were honored to work with this great organization.

  2. November 2017

Primary Children’s Hospital Care Packages for Cancer Patients

Through a personal experience of an employee with Primary Children’s hospital, we learned that most donations go to help young kids. But teens receiving treatment at the hospital didn’t get much. Our teams donated items and money for care packages meant for older kids and teens aged 12-18. We then delivered it to the hospital.

  3. December 2017

    Direct Relief Fundraiser Donation

Many parts of the United States were devastated by hurricanes in 2017. Our Boostathon for 2017 raised $21,300 for hurricane relief donated directly to the Direct Relief Charity that provides medical resources for those affected by emergency situations.

  4. March 2018

    Suncrest Elementary Book Drive

An employee brought the need for books at a local elementary school. And our team delivered. We collected and donated 640 books to Suncrest Elementary in Utah. Then we spent part of our day and read to the kids as we delivered our donations.

  5. April 2018

    Earth Day Service Project

Every Earth Day we do a service project to help our planet. This year, we got our shovels and gloves and went to work at Nielson’s Grove Park. We helped plant several new trees and worked to clean up around the existing plant life to make it a much more sustainable and enjoyable spot for the community.

  6. June 2018

Encircle LGBTQIA+ Fundraiser & Pride Parade

In Utah, the suicide rate among young people (ages 10-17 years old) is nearly 4X higher than the national average. Boostability Employees and the community all banded together to raise money through t-shirt sales and donations to the Encircle Foundation. Encircle: LGBTQ+ Family & Youth Resource Center is a non-profit, with locations throughout Utah, focused on providing programs and resources to support every LGBTQ+ youth, every family and every community. At Encircle, they believe no matter who you are, no one should walk alone. Boostability also walked in the 2018 Utah Pride Parade.

  7. August 2018

    Midvale Elementary School Supply Drive

On August 17, 2018, Boostability delivered school supplies to a local elementary school for underprivileged children. Most of these kids are homeless and have no money for school supplies. Our amazing employees came through in such a big way! Here are just a few donation stats: scissors = 89, glue sticks = 356, packs of markers = 123, packs of colored pencils = 205, notebooks = 380, folders = 530, packages of fruit snacks = 470, monetary donations = $220!!

  8. March 2019

Humane Society of Utah Toy Drive and Fundraiser

Our employees are passionate about our animal friends. After an employee told us about the need for pet toys and donations at the Utah Humane Society, we couldn’t say no. Our employees made cat and dog toys out of old t-shirts. We also raised money and spent time at the Humane Society playing with the animals in need of some human interaction.

  9. July 2019

Heber Half Marathon Run for Autism

Held every summer in the Heber Valley, this half marathon raises awareness and donations for autism. In the summer of 2019, Boost employees got up extra early to help out with the race by signing in participants and manning the supply stations.

  10. November 2019

    Hoofbeats for Healing

The Hoofbeats to Healing method uses neurological research that shows repetitive movement like horseback riding can help the brain develop new neural pathways, especially after trauma. At the end of 2019, Boostability donated $500 to support this unique therapy option. We also spent a day cleaning saddles and repairing fences at their facility in Saratoga Springs, Utah.

  11. February 2020

    Australian Wildfires Relief

One of our biggest partners is located in Australia, and with the rash of wildfires, Boostability knew we needed to do something to help. Boost employees designed original posters featuring Australian wildlife and auctioned off Australian candy to raise money for the fire relief efforts. At the end of the day, we’d collected over $5000!

BOOSTERS IN THE MILITARY

We proudly honor our Boosters who have served/are serving in the military and armed forces. We appreciate the sacrifice they make. As well as the teamwork, leadership, and work ethic they bring to Boostability.

BOOSTERS AFTER WORK

We celebrate what makes Boosters different and unique. Not only in their race, ethnicity, gender, orientation, religions, disabilities, and age, but in their passions and talents as well.
