Fresh Content is King in 2012
Published on January 13, 2012, by Colton Miller
Fresh content is information that is created by an author that is unique and new. This content is key to any business dealing with the online world, looking to attract search engines and users to their site. The unique information a business can provide, either regarding a service or product, is exactly what the consumer and the search engines are looking for.
Fresh content is what every website needs to be successful both in converting customers but also in getting better rankings in Google. It is often the case that we see many websites that either deal with the same content as another or may not have any content on their website. This lack of content can be damaging by giving the site a high bounce rate and resulting in lowered search engine rankings.
There is a lot of talk lately about whether or not new content helps your rankings entirely. This question is derived from the fact that many sites have old blogs or articles that continually rank high in search engine results, despite the fact that these publications were written quite some time ago. Regardless of what you may believe on this topic, fresh and new content has far more benefits of attracting search engines and users to your site than old content. That is why it is so important to continually keep your content fresh.
In short, if you are looking to gain better results this year with search engines, you need to create unique and valuable content information that will attract customers to your site. By having fresh content, you will be able to have remarkable results in the search engines. Keep in mind in this new year that fresh content is king in 2012!
