Travis Thorpe - Chief Executive Officer
Travis Thorpe has been a driving force in successful internet start-ups for the past 13 years. He was the Director of Technology with Enhance Interactive (ah-ha.com) which was purchased by internet giant, Marchex.
Travis is responsible for the development of all of Boostability's core products related to internet marketing and internal work flow management, including infrastructure operations. As an expert in technology solutions, he helps Boostability create and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.
Jared Turner - Chief Technology Officer
Jared Turner has contributed to the technological success of several companies over the past 13 years. He loves playing a key role in laying a solid foundation for start-up companies. He has an in-depth understanding of system architecture, relational databases, the development process and methodology, infrastructure, and security. His past systems have included back end search platforms, pay-per-click engines, multiple billing and reporting systems, and fraud detection monitoring.
Jared carries all of these skills with him to Boostability and implements them on a daily basis. He and his team continue to develop and maintain Boostability's SEO software, which is the company's backbone and part of what sets it apart from the competition. Through Jared's innovative program, Boostability is able to be efficient and cost effective for its clients.
Rick Horsley - President
Prior to starting Boostability, Rick was President of R & E Enterprises and Pioneer Book. There, he was responsible for executive decisions, investments, commercial acquisition, and strategic development. He has also worked for 3Com and Tut Systems in business development and regional sales management. Rick has years of experience with small business management and is well-versed in technology companies, both enterprise and start-up.
As President of Boostability, Rick is responsible for overall operations and general management of the company. He is a founder and one of the primary investors of Boostability. Since starting Boostability in 2009, the company has grown steadily under Rick's management to over 80 employees and thousands of small business clients.
Russ Larson - Chief Finance Officer
Russ Larson is a MBA graduate from Yale University with a strong financial background. He has worked for J Ballard Development, IBM Global Services, Exxon Corporation, and The CIT Group over the last 14 years. With those companies, he has held key financial positions including CFO, Controller, and Financial Analyst.
Russ is responsible for the planning, development and oversight of Boostability's financial processes, systems, and controls. This includes providing leadership in the accounting, tax, treasury & capital preservation, forecasting & budgeting, financial analysis & reporting, HR and administrative functions.
David Dustin - Vice President of Sales
David Dustin has been selling Internet Marketing services for the last 10 years. He has a proven track record of helping businesses to grow revenue year after year.
At Boostability, David's uses his experiences to identify Internet Marketing opportunities for potential customers and teaches his sales team how to do the same. David has the ability to get under the hood and make any team, company, or partnership stronger. He brings energy and enthusiasm to Boostability.
Nathan Judd - Vice President of Operations
Nathan Judd has been active in the search marketing industry for the last 12 years. In 2000, he began his career at Enhance Interactive (then ah-ha.com) and has since been involved with several internet companies. He has held key positions in the search industry, including: Director of Client Support, SEM Evangelist, Senior Ad Operations, and Product Manager. He is Google AdWords certified and experienced in ad operations. Nathan is metrics-driven and has an eye for sustainable process improvement.
As the Vice President of Operations, Nathan manages our qualified SEO specialist team and assures that work is high quality, effective and timely for all clients. He is always studying and testing the latest and greatest methods to help the Boostability team and their clients be most competitive.
Matt Tennison - Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partners
Matt has over 15 years experience in high level business development and partner/client management. His marketing background includes running his own advertising/marketing agency which makes him very familiar with both traditional marketing methods and new digital marketing techniques. He specializes in driving revenue through high performing partner relationships and SMB strategy.
As Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partners at Boostability, Matt seeks out and manages mutually beneficial partnerships with companies that need Boostability's valuable online marketing services. He believes the keys to success are clear communication, personal attention, and a sincere desire to see others succeed.
Kelly Shelton - Director of Marketing
Kelly began his marketing career in 1996 and has spent most of his career in the financial arena, marketing financial products and services. He has a degree from Brigham Young University in Latin American Studies and Business Management. Fluent in Spanish, he has worked closely with the Hispanic community in the U.S for more than 15 years. Kelly has successfully managed large marketing departments and has been responsible for major growth in each of the three companies he worked for prior to coming to Boostability.
As Director of Marketing at Boostability, Kelly shares the message of what Boostability does to help small businesses improve their online presence and get more business. He is responsible for attracting new customers and partners to Boostability's valuable services and keep the company growing. Through his creativity, professionalism, and leadership he is continually expanding Boostability's reach.
Bart Gibby - SEO Director
Bart has over 10 years experience in web marketing and SEO consulting. He has a proven track record of improving business's online presence by providing vital work geared toward a healthy ROI. He has experience working with companies such as SEO.com and Provo Labs, as well as his own consulting ventures.
Bart is our main SEO guru. He is constantly researching, testing & proving changes, and auditing the performance of our SEO products in order to fulfill the needs and wants of clients. His "always be testing" attitude helps us to constantly offer a high quality and effective SEO product and keeps us on top of our game.
